Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup Green Beans, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
- 2 cups Oil for Frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onions, green beans, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
