Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water and add to the saucepan.
  4. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
