Sweet Sticky and Spicy Chicken Recipe

- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the sauce. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky, about 5-10 minutes.
5. Serve the sweet, sticky, and spicy chicken hot with rice or noodles.
