Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
