Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion chopped
  • ½ cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions 

  1. Layer the chopped lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Top with a layer of peas, then a layer of mayonnaise, and then sour cream.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer.
  4. Add a layer of chopped red onion and then crumbled bacon.
  5. Finish with a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
