Sausage Potato and Kale Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add the potatoes and cook until tender.
Stir in the kale and cook until wilted.
Add the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.
