Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 can Sardines in oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
4. Add the sardines (with oil) and soy sauce, cook for 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve the sardines over the cooked rice.
