  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 can Sardines in oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. 4. Add the sardines (with oil) and soy sauce, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve the sardines over the cooked rice.
