Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice and pineapple chunks. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
