- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onions to the skillet. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the onions are translucent.
3. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
