Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. 
- 2. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onions to the skillet. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the onions are translucent. 
- 3. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes. 
- 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
