Instructions
Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a cheesecloth-lined strainer and let it drain for about 20 minutes.
Season with salt and mix gently. Your fresh cheese is ready!
