Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk whole milk works best
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Add lemon juice and stir gently. The milk will start to curdle.
  3. Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cheesecloth-lined strainer and let it drain for about 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and mix gently. Your fresh cheese is ready!
