- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 4 French Rolls
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Place the beef in a slow cooker. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
5. Split the French rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Layer each roll with shredded beef and two slices of provolone cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted.
7. Serve the sandwiches with a small bowl of the cooking liquid (au jus) for dipping.
