Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella slices, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
