Buttercream Icing Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-4 tablespoons milk
Beat the butter until creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
Add vanilla and 2 tablespoons of milk, beat until fluffy. Add more milk if needed.
