Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Zucchini, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine zucchini, onions, green and red bell peppers in a large pot.
  2. 2. Add sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and mustard seed to the pot.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in sterilized jars.
