Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions

Soup Base

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chopped bok choy
  • 20 pieces Wonton wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and green onions in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  4. 4. Add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  5. 5. Add chopped bok choy and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
