Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 packet Onion soup mix
  • ½ cup Water
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 cup Diced onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Mix ground beef with onion soup mix and water.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and score into 8 equal squares.
  3. Cook in a preheated 375°F oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, place cheese slices on top, and let melt.
  5. Place diced onions on the bottom half of slider buns, add the beef patty with melted cheese, and top with the other half of the bun.
