- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl.
3. Start beating the cream on medium speed.
4. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to beat.
5. Beat until stiff peaks form.
