Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and refried beans to the skillet. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Place a large spoonful of the beef mixture into each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the burritos and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, topped with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
