Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce cut into quarters
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into quarters and place on serving plates.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. 3. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the lettuce wedges.
  4. 4. Top with crumbled bacon and halved cherry tomatoes.
