Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, and mint leaves.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
