Instructions
1. Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
4. Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to combine.
