Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Recipe
A simplified version of classic cabbage rolls, without the fuss of rolling.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 head Cabbage, chopped
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
4. Cover and cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
5. Stir in the cooked rice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
