- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Ketchup for topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
