  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Ketchup for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  5. Spread ketchup evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
