- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 units Eggs hard-boiled, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 4 slices Bread toasted if desired
1. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
2. Spread the mixture evenly onto two slices of bread.
3. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
4. Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for later.
