Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve the tuna burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
