Main Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 small corn tortillas
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Marinate the steak with soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
Warm the tortillas on the grill or skillet.
Assemble tacos with steak, onion, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
