Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. Marinate the steak with soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill or skillet.
  6. Assemble tacos with steak, onion, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
