Bolillo rolls

Instructions
1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly in a skillet.
2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Add a generous amount of shredded chicken on top of the beans.
4. Top with sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and crumbled queso fresco.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and serve immediately.
