Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 500 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the tomatoes and garlic. Mix well to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
