Tomato and Basil Quiche
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with fresh tomatoes and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 handful Fresh Basil chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
