  • 1 cup canned green beans drained
  • 1 cup canned kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup canned garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, red onion, and parsley.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
