Tater Tots Casserole Recipe
A comforting casserole made with tater tots, ground beef, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked beef and onions, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
