Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Strawberries or any fruit of your choice
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Skewer them.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C).
  3. Dip the skewered strawberries into the sugar syrup. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
