- 1.5 cups milk
- 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
