  • 4 pork chops thick cut
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each pork chop.
  3. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pork chop with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the pork chops until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  7. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
