Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut a pocket into each pork chop.

Stuff each pork chop with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the pork chops until golden brown.
