Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 Bell Peppers, chopped (any color)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, dried basil, and dried oregano. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the cooked rice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
