Stuffed Green Peppers Recipe
Delicious stuffed green peppers filled with a savory beef and rice mixture, topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
In a skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.
Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
Stuff peppers with beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes.
