Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage core removed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
- 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- 2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes until leaves are softened. Remove and set aside. 
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. 
- 4. Place a heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf. Roll up, tucking in the sides to secure. 
- 5. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Place the cabbage rolls seam-side down in the dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce and diced tomatoes over the rolls. 
- 6. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, until cabbage is tender and meat is cooked through.
