  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 slices Cheese your choice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Remove the steak and let it rest. In the same skillet, cook the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. 4. Slice the steak thinly. Assemble the sandwich with steak, onions, bell peppers, and cheese between the toasted bread slices.
