Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook as desired.
