Spaghetti Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes
A simple and delicious spaghetti sauce made with fresh tomatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Fresh Tomatoes chopped
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 pinch Sugar optional
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir well.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Add a pinch of sugar if the sauce is too acidic.
Serve hot over cooked spaghetti.
