Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  3. Add sausage to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. Pour egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Warm tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
  6. Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas, top with cheese and salsa.
  7. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
