- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar diced pimentos, drained 4 oz jar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
