- 1 head cabbage chopped
- 6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
2. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, stirring to coat with the bacon drippings. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked bacon, salt, and black pepper. Serve hot.
