Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Red potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh dill chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
