- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Milk
1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and lemon juice.
2. Add milk and whisk until smooth.
3. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
4. Stir and refrigerate before using.
