Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pork Butt about 8-10 pounds
  • 3 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Mix all the spices together in a bowl to create a rub.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork butt, making sure to cover all sides.
  4. 4. Place the pork butt in the smoker and cook for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  5. 5. Remove the pork butt from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before shredding.
