  • 3 lbs Venison Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the venison roast on all sides until browned.
  2. 2. Transfer the roast to the slow cooker. Add beef broth, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
  4. 4. Remove the roast from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or shredding.
