- 4 pounds Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1. Mix all the spices in a bowl.
2. Rub the spice mix all over the pork shoulder.
3. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
4. Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
6. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker.
