Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 4 Carrots cut into chunks
- 4 Potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 Onion sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary dried
- 1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper. 
- 2. In a skillet, sear the roast on all sides until browned. 
- 3. Place the roast in the slow cooker. 
- 4. Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. 
- 5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. 
- 6. Remove the roast and vegetables. Serve hot.
