Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 4 Carrots cut into chunks
- 4 Potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 Onion sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary dried
1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, sear the roast on all sides until browned.
3. Place the roast in the slow cooker.
4. Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
6. Remove the roast and vegetables. Serve hot.
