Slow Cooker Pepper Steak Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 cup Beef broth
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 large Bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Water
1. Place beef strips in the slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over the beef.
3. Add sliced onion and bell peppers on top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into the slow cooker. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
